Tuesday
Karate today was probably one of the most tiring days I have
ever had in that class. We started of by sprinting 2 laps around the gym where
we practice, then we had to do one more lap but for this lap, we had to sprint
it backwards. After that we had to walk in a squatting position across the gym
and then we had to jump for height 10 times which was extremely tiring. I realized
that we were working our legs out because today we were learning kicks and had
to have strong legs so then I thought it wouldn’t be too bad.
